Job summary

Hebe Beauty Indonesia is seeking an events activation specialist to own the full lifecycle of offline events and brand activations across our sales channels in Jakarta. You will craft trend-driven concepts aimed at boosting sales, coordinate with area teams, vendors, and partners, and ensure on-site success with post-event evaluation.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in beauty brand activation, trade marketing activation, or sales-driven event marketing.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of end-to-end planning, preparation, coordination, and execution of offline events and brand activations across sales channels, from concept development to post-event evaluation.
• Develop trend-driven activation concepts to drive sales, conversion, and sell-out performance beyond brand awareness.
• Coordinate with area teams, internal stakeholders, vendors, and event partners to ensure smooth execution and achievement of targets.
• Monitor, evaluate, and report event performance, including sales results, conversion, and other KPIs.
• Support product demonstrations, consumer engagement, and product selling during events to encourage purchases.
• Deliver product knowledge sessions and practical makeup/skincare training to area teams and Beauty Advisors to strengthen product knowledge and selling effectiveness.
