• Experience with beauty communities is a plus.
• Experience recruiting, listing, screening and onboarding members.
• Experience organizing online and offline events.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Build and nurture an active community across WhatsApp, Instagram and offline channels.
• Source and onboard members based on defined criteria.
• Plan and execute online and offline community programs, events and sessions.
• Develop engagement initiatives to boost participation and retention.
• Translate feedback into programs that improve the community experience.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Social Media and Product teams to run campaigns and activations.
• Track growth and engagement through member activity and event participation.
