Job summary

Hebe Beauty Indonesia is seeking an energetic events professional to own end-to-end offline brand activations across our sales channels, from concept to on-site execution and post-event evaluation.

You will develop trend-driven activation concepts to drive sales and conversions, coordinate with area teams and vendors, train beauty advisors, and report on performance KPIs. Weekend work and occasional travel may be required to meet targets.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in beauty brand activation or trade marketing.
• Experience offline activations in beauty stores, retail outlets, or consumer touchpoints.
• Ability to drive sales and evaluate event performance with KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Take end-to-end ownership of offline events and brand activations across sales channels.
• Develop trend-driven activation concepts to drive sales, conversions and sell-out.
• Coordinate with area teams, vendors, and partners for smooth execution.
• Monitor, evaluate and report event performance and KPIs.
• Support product demonstrations, consumer engagement and selling at events.
• Deliver product knowledge sessions and training to beauty advisors or area teams.
• Be creative, proactive, detail-oriented, energetic with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable with targets, weekends and travel when required.
