Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years experience in KA/Offline retail sales (personal care/cosmetics industries).
• Excellent communication skills.
• Data analytics capability is a must.
• Mandarin is a plus.
• Experience with modern trade accounts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Managing relationship with key accounts.
• Addressing customer's concerns and needs.
• Strategic Planning - Annual strategic planning with account ( JBP ), monthly performance review, distribution, expansion to deliver sales, revenue and profitability through collaborating with accounts.
• Trading Terms annual negotiation.
• In-store excellence execution in every aspect in offline retail.
• Managing promotional budget in account.
