Job summary

PT FCL INTERNASIONAL INDONESIA is seeking an enthusiastic Events Coordinator to plan and execute offline events and promotional activities across GT & MT channels in Jakarta.

You will coordinate with vendors, promoters, and store management, handle booth setup and materials, monitor execution, and prepare reports to ensure on-time delivery within budget.

The role requires a diploma or degree, 1 year in event management, strong MS Office skills, willingness to travel, and weekend work when needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in event management, activation, or promotion.
• Familiar with GT & MT channels and in-store promotional activities.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to travel and work on weekends/public holidays when required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute offline events and promotional activities in GT & MT channels.
• Coordinate with vendors, promoters, BA, and store management.
• Handle event preparation, booth setup, and promotional materials.
• Monitor event execution, sales performance, and prepare event reports.
• Ensure events run smoothly according to schedule and budget.
