Job summary

Dahua Vision Technology Indonesia is seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager (Project Sales) to drive growth in CCTV, security and IT product projects in Jakarta. You will identify opportunities, map client needs, and build durable partnerships with key accounts.

You will collaborate with internal teams to craft project plans, navigate tender governance, and upsell our solutions to maximise project value while achieving targeted sales performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience in business development or project sales.
• Experience in CCTV, security systems or IT products.
• Experience handling projects from focused segments.
• Strong relationship building and networking abilities.
• Excellent communication, strategic selling and problem-solving skills.
