Job summary

RPX, a logistics and freight services provider, seeks a Branch Manager to oversee operations across Batam. The role demands extensive experience in express logistics, staff leadership, and sales aptitude to meet demanding objectives.

The candidate will manage batam-on-site branch operations, coordinate land/sea/air freight, and ensure efficient service delivery while controlling costs in a dynamic market.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, in any field.
• Required skill(s): Strong knowledge possession & proven experience in express logistic operation, Leadership Skill.
• At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Min. 3 years experience International/Domestic Express Logistic, Experienced in Land, Sea & Air Freight Industry is a plus.
• Preferably Manager/Assistant Manager/Supervisor in Logistics Operations. Experience in sales roles will be a significant advantage.
• Experience in handling branch operations.
• Knowledge of the express and distribution industry.
• Good command of English (both written and verbal).
• Computer literate in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong planning, organizing, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Have experience in managing operation in Batam City & must be willing to work on-site in Batam.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and control all operations within the service area to maximize service and minimize costs.
• Lead staff to provide in-depth account representation and meet targets.
• Develop and maintain executive relationships with customers to support sales and expansion.
