English proficiency and stakeholder negotiation are essential for success. The candidate will recruit and mentor staff across departments, optimize scheduling, and drive performance against service levels and budgets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field is required.
• At least 5 years of working experience in the related field.
• Preferably Manager/Assistant Manager with logistics/supply chain experience.
• Experience in International/Domestic Express, Freight, or related industry preferred.
• Strong English language skills (written and verbal) and customer service focus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and oversee all operational and sales activities at the station to maximize service quality and cost efficiency.
• Select, train, and motivate a team across operations, sales, customer service, billing, and finance to ensure station efficiency.
• Manage workforce planning and scheduling to meet time targets and budget plans.
• Monitor branch operations to ensure compliance with company standards and SLA targets.
• Oversee cost control and utilization of resources to maintain financial performance.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day branch operations and achievement of short- and long-term targets.
