Job summary

Savaya Group in Bali is seeking a Barback Daily Worker to support busy bartending teams by restocking supplies, preparing garnishes, and keeping glassware and service stations organized.

This hands-on role offers practical experience in professional bar operations within a fast-paced hospitality and entertainment environment, with opportunities to develop teamwork and time-management skills.

You will work with bartenders across shifts, including weekends and late nights.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Restock beverages, ice, glassware, garnishes, and other bar supplies.
• Keep bar, refrigerators, storage areas and service stations clean and organized.
• Assist with stock counting and transport beverage stock.

What You’ll Be Doing

You will help prepare and restock beverages, ice, glassware, garnishes, and other essential bar supplies. Throughout the shift, you will keep the bar, refrigerators, storage areas, and service stations clean and organized.

You will also collect and polish glassware, transport beverage stock, remove empty bottles and waste, assist with stock counting, and support the bar team during opening, service, and closing.

Because you will be working around beverages, equipment, and busy service areas, following hygiene, safety, and operational procedures will be an important part of your role.
