Job summary

HideAway Beans & Booze is seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team as we expand our operating schedule to open on Mondays in Bali. You will craft cocktails, beer, and spirits with speed and accuracy while delivering friendly service in English.

Whether you have prior bartender or bar staff experience, you thrive in a fast-paced environment, keep tools tidy, handle POS cash, and help with inventory and prep before opening. Availability to work six days a week is expected.

Qualifications

• Must be able to speak English comfortably to converse with international guests.
• Previous bartender or bar staff experience.
• Solid knowledge of standard cocktails, drinks, and bar service.
• Reliable, friendly, and hard working attitude.
• Available to work 6 days per week.
