Job summary

KOPIKINA INDONESIA is seeking a friendly Barista to prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso drinks, teas, smoothies, and cocktails. You will provide prompt service, operate coffee machines safely, and educate guests on the menu.

Qualifications

• High school or vocational school graduate, preferably hospitality/barista related.
• Minimum 1 year experience as a barista in a cafe, coffee shop, or bistro.
• Solid knowledge of coffee beverages and espresso techniques.
• Able to operate coffee machines, grinders, and bar equipment safely.
• Familiar with POS systems and accurate order handling.
• Good customer service with friendly, proactive attitude.
• Understand basic food safety and hygiene standards.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment, weekends and holidays.
