Job description

• Understand the menu of coffee and other beverages offered, including the ingredients used and the method of serving
• Select quality coffee beans and grind coffee as required
• Prepare various types of coffee drinks, such as espresso, cappuccino, latte, etc., according to customer orders
• Maintain a clean and tidy work area, including coffee machines, equipment, and storage areas
• Receive customer orders in a friendly manner,
  provide recommendations, and answer questions about the menu
• Operate coffee machines, coffee grinders, and other cafe equipment properly and safely
• Manage stock of coffee, milk, syrup, and other ingredients, and perform inventory and reordering as needed
• Provide the best service to customers
• Explain the products or menus owned by the restaurant, and provide recommendations to customers if needed
• Listen to customers wishes and try to accommodate them if possible
• Creating a positive image of the restaurant in front of customers
• Prepare tables for arriving guests
• Escorting guests to their table, prepare tables and cutlery for guests
• Inform guests about the special menu of the day
• Ensure the food ordered by guests is appropriate.
• Handle complaints well
• Serving food and drinks ordered by guests
• Giving the bill to the guest and accepting payment
• Take dirty plates, glasses and cutlery to the kitchen for washing
• Ensuring the restaurant is kept clean both before and after operations
• Ensure all items are back in place, such as menu books, promotional boards, etc.
• Meet with restaurant staff to review daily specials, changes in the menu, and
• Service specifications if there is a reservation made

Barista

Cashier

• Greeted each customer positively
• Put the purchase items into the cash register tocalculate the total of the purchase
• Clearly state the total purchase
• Accept payments in cash, check, credit, debit or vouchers
• Correcting price discrepancies
• Give correct change to customers
• Issue shopping receipts
• Count the total money at the beginning of work and the end of work (daily)
• Record and calculate total income
• Redeem customer shopping coupons
• Resolving customer complaints
• Keep the register area neat and stocked with necessary supplies

Barista

• Education minimum SMK/SMA or equivalent
• Have knowledge of coffee, types of coffee beans, and ifferent serving methods
• Have skills in making coffee drinks, including grinding techniques, espresso extraction, and latte art (if required)
• Good communication skills to interact with customers in a polite and friendly manner
• Neat and clean appearance
• Basic understanding of food hygiene andsanitation principles

Waiter/ Waitress

• Able to move and clean quickly in a fast-paced environment
• Friendly, polite and courteous to all patrons
• Patient and helpful when assisting customers
• Able to quickly write or memorize complex ormultiple orders for large parties
• Works well as part of a team and on individual tasks
• Excellent at verbal written communication
• Works well and efficiently under pressure
• Able to work nights, weekends, and occasional holidays

Cashier

• Minimum 1 years experience in a similar field
• Attention to details
• Can operate POS system
• Excellent at verbal written communication
• Able to read, write, and perform basic mathematics
• Good communication skills, good problem-solving, and time management
