The Bar Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily bar operations, beverage quality, service standards, team performance, and inventory control at KULT MOSS Restaurant. The role covers the preparation and service of cocktails, mocktails, smoothies, healthy juices, cold drinks, coffee, tea, and other beverage offerings, ensuring consistent quality, presentation, and guest experience.
Oversee daily bar operations from opening to closing.
Lead, supervise, and support the bar team during service.
Ensure consistent quality, taste, presentation, and preparation of all beverages.
Manage and maintain standards for cocktails, mocktails, smoothies, fresh & healthy juices, cold drinks, coffee, tea, and other non-alcoholic beverages.
Ensure all drinks are prepared according to approved recipes, specifications, and presentation standards.
Develop and maintain beverage recipes and preparation standards.
Conduct pre-shift briefings and delegate tasks effectively.
Train and coach bartenders and bar staff on beverage knowledge, preparation techniques, and service standards.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety within the bar area.
Monitor guest satisfaction and handle bar-related complaints professionally.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in bar or beverage operations, preferably in a restaurant, hotel, or lifestyle hospitality environment.
Previous supervisory experience is preferred.
Strong knowledge of cocktails, mocktails, smoothies, healthy juices, cold beverages, coffee, tea, and other beverage products.
Strong understanding of beverage preparation, presentation, and recipe consistency.
