Job summary

PT Magic Garden Cafe in Bali seeks an experienced Bartender Supervisor to train and lead the bar team, ensuring high standards of service and beverage knowledge.

You will manage stock, monitor costs, handle guest feedback, and ensure compliance with hygiene and liquor regulations while delivering fast, friendly service during peak hours.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as Bartender or similar role
• At least 1 year in a supervisory/captain position
• Strong knowledge of drink types and mixology trends
• Ability to lead, train and optimize team performance
• Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills
• Be able to manage beverage stock and control bar costs

Job description

Train, mentor and supervise bartenders and baristas to improve skills and service

About you

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Bartender or similar position, with at least 1 year as Supervisor / Captain

Understand various types of drinks, mixing techniques, and the latest cocktail/mixology trends

Able to lead a team, provide training, and ensure optimal performance

Friendly, communicative, and able to handle customer complaints well

Able to manage beverage stock and control bar operational costs

Able to make quick and effective decisions in emergency or busy situations

Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, especially during peak hours
