Job summary

Bokashi Bali is seeking a Bar Supervisor to lead daily operations at our venue in Bali. You will supervise staff, deliver outstanding service, manage inventory, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in a similar role, strong leadership, and solid English communication; nightlife experience is a plus. A bartending certification is preferred, along with flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in the same role.

• Background in Restaurant/Club/Nightclub is a plus.
• Hospitality appearance, honesty, initiative, creativity.

Requirements

• A proven experience with minimum of 3 years in the same role.
• Supervisory skills, including experience managing a team.

• Prior background from Restaurant/Club/Night Club is an advantage.
• Hospitality appearance, honest, initiative, creative and open minded.
• Valid bartending certification is preferred
• Extensive knowledge of different types of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
• Eloquent in English communication in both written and spoken
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required in the nightlife industry
