Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Related Work Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience.
• Supervisory Experience: At least 1 year of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Set up banquet area/room, ensuring cleanliness and proper setup of furniture/equipment.
• Inspect and maintain table set-ups for cleanliness, neatness and adherence to group requirements.
• Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating employees.
• Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards and address guests' service needs.
• Read and visually verify information, stand or move for extended periods, and handle lifting as required.
