Job summary

Four Points by Sheraton in Bekasi, West Java is seeking a Complex Steward Supervisor to lead and coordinate stewarding and dishwashing operations. You will supervise a team, ensure cleanliness, maintain water and chemical standards, and support banqueting and banquet plate-ups in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
• At least 2 years of related work experience.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise stewarding and dishwashing operations to maintain efficiency.
• Ensure water temperature and chemical levels are appropriate and documented.
• Assist with banquet plate-ups and support cooks and kitchen staff as needed.
• Hire, train, schedule, evaluate, counsel, discipline and motivate employees.
• Uphold safety and security policies; report accidents and unsafe conditions.
• Maintain professional appearance and positive guest interactions; foster teamwork.
• Move and handle items as required; operate cleaning equipment and tools.
