Job summary

Mahacakra is seeking a proactive Liaison Officer to connect with banking clients and partners in Jakarta. You will coordinate meetings, manage documents, and present updates to internal teams to ensure timely delivery.

You will build long-term relationships, monitor feedback, and collaborate with operations, sales, and finance. 1–3 years in PR, sales, or account roles is ideal; on-site work in Jakarta Selatan and occasional travel required.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in Liaison Officer, Public Relations, Sales/Marketing, Account Management, or related roles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proactive, adaptable, and highly organized.
• Able to build and maintain strong professional relationships.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact between the company and clients, partners, and related institutions.
• Coordinate meetings, correspondence, and follow-ups with client PICs to ensure requests and issues are handled on time.
• Manage administrative documents required by clients, such as proposals, agreements, and vendor registration documents.
• Represent the company in client meetings and visits, and communicate updates to internal teams.
• Coordinate with internal teams (operations, sales, technical, and finance) to align on client needs and deliverables.
• Build and maintain long-term professional relationships with stakeholders.
• Monitor client feedback and escalated potential issues before they affect service.
