You will acquire new clients, expand the funding portfolio, and achieve deposits, CASA and fee-based income targets while providing consultative banking and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in a relevant field.
• Minimum 1 year of banking sales, marketing, or relationship management experience.
• Strong understanding of funding products, CASA, DPK and Priority Banking services.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Target-oriented, motivated, with integrity and ability to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships with Priority Banking customers.
• Acquire new customers and expand the bank's business network.
• Promote cross-sell of funding, investment, and third-party products based on customers' needs.
• Achieve business targets for deposits, CASA, and fee-based income.
• Provide consultative financial services while ensuring compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
