Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Application Support Analyst.
• Hands-on PL/SQL experience for data analysis and mapping.
• Core banking knowledge and banking workflows are required.
• Experience with Flexcube is a strong plus.
• EOD/BOD batch processing analysis and monitoring is preferred.
• Banking industry project exposure is valued.
• Willingness to relocate to Jakarta and join immediately.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between business users and development teams to translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Lead end-to-end analysis of production incidents from impact assessment to resolution coordination.
• Conduct root cause analysis on application issues using data trends and logs.
• Write and run PL/SQL queries for data mapping and data integrity validation.
• Bridge gaps between business requirements and Java-based components to align solutions with goals.
• Monitor system health and application performance to identify risks.
• Assist in UAT and release activities to ensure solutions meet expectations.
• Document BRD, Functional Specs, incident reports, and technical procedures for future reference.
• Work with project teams to prioritize issues and ensure timely SLA-compliant resolutions.
