Job summary

PT Midas Daya Teknologi is seeking a Business Analyst / Application Support Analyst in Jakarta. You will translate business needs into technical requirements and lead incident analysis to protect business continuity. Strong PL/SQL and banking domain knowledge are essential for effective data mapping and reporting.

Join a fast-paced team, monitor system health, support UAT and releases, and document BRDs and specs for long-term reference. Based in Jakarta, immediate joining is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Application Support Analyst.
• Hands-on PL/SQL experience for data analysis and mapping.
• Core banking knowledge and banking workflows are required.
• Experience with Flexcube is a strong plus.
• EOD/BOD batch processing analysis and monitoring is preferred.
• Banking industry project exposure is valued.
• Willingness to relocate to Jakarta and join immediately.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between business users and development teams to translate business needs into technical requirements.

Minimum Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Application Support Analyst, ideally within banking or financial services.

• Core banking knowledge is a must (understanding of banking products, workflows, and processes).
• Experience with Flexcube is a strong plus.
• Preferred: experience in EOD/BOD batch processing analysis and monitoring.
• Prior exposure to banking industry projects is highly valued.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, incident-driven environment with tight deadlines.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Jakarta, available to join immediately.
