Job summary

PT. Midas Daya Teknologi is seeking an experienced application support specialist in Jakarta to handle production incidents end-to-end. You will troubleshoot, perform root-cause analysis, and coordinate with development teams to implement fixes.

The role requires solid PL/SQL and Java skills, core banking knowledge, and familiarity with Flexcube. Based in Jakarta or willing to relocate, you will join a fast-paced, incident-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in application support or a similar technical role, ideally within banking or financial services.
• Solid hands-on experience with PL/SQL and Java.
• Core banking knowledge is expected.
• Experience with Flexcube is a strong plus.
• Preferred: experience in EOD/BOD batch processing.
• Prior exposure to banking industry projects is highly valued.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, incident-driven environment.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Jakarta, available to join immediately.

Responsibilities

• Handle production incidents end-to-end - from initial troubleshooting to coordinating with development teams for resolution.
• Perform root cause analysis on application issues using logs, database queries, and system behavior.
• Write and run PL/SQL queries to investigate data issues and validate fixes.
• Support and troubleshoot Java-based application components.
• Monitor system health and application performance daily to catch issues early.
• Assist with application deployment, maintenance, and release activities.
• Document incidents, resolutions, and technical procedures for future reference.
• Work closely with business users and project teams to understand issues and ensure timely resolution.
