Job summary
PT OBS Solusi Teknologi Indonesia in Jakarta, Indonesia is seeking a Technical Analyst/Business Analyst with 2–3 years of banking experience to translate business needs into technical specifications. You will collaborate with SMEs, Product Owners, and development teams to ensure proper documentation and compliant solutions.
Responsibilities include preparing BRD/FSD/TSD, supporting SIT/UAT, and driving process improvements while maintaining project documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience as a Technical Analyst/Technical Functional Analyst/Business Analyst in the banking industry.
- Strong understanding of Business Requirement Analysis and SDLC (Waterfall, Agile, Scrum).
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in Core Banking/Treasury is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Prepare and maintain BRD, FSD, TSD, process flows, and technical documentation.
- Collaborate with business users, SMEs, Product Owners, and development teams.
- Support SIT/UAT and ensure solutions meet business requirements.
- Identify process improvements and provide technical solutions.
- Maintain project documentation and support successful project delivery.
