• Process deposits, transfers, withdrawals and other transactions in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Serve as the first point of contact for customers and refer to relevant bank areas as needed.
• Assist in cross-selling bank products and services to deepen customer relationships.
• Support revenue initiatives, sales campaigns and efforts to minimize losses while maintaining customer satisfaction.
