Job summary

BINA NUSANTARA is seeking a seasoned HR professional to serve as the central point of contact for Human Capital at the Business Unit level in Bandung. You will coordinate with central HR and BU leadership to ensure smooth information flow and effective program delivery.

You will oversee end-to-end HR operations, including payroll, tax administration, BPJS, and recruitment, and proactively address people issues to raise stakeholder satisfaction and program performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
• At least 6 years of HR experience.
• Knowledge of taxation is advantageous.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively.
• Willing to be placed in Bandung.

Responsibilities

• Act as central point of contact for Human Capital at the Business Unit level.
• Liaise between central HR and the Business Unit to ensure smooth communication and information flow.
• Support Business Unit Head in delivering HR programs, policies, and processes aligned with business objectives.
• Manage end-to-end HR operations including payroll, tax administration, BPJS administration, and recruitment.
• Proactively identify and resolve people issues to improve stakeholder satisfaction.
• Evaluate and recommend improvements to HR programs and processes.
