Job summary

PT Nusa Matahari Terbit in Bali seeks a high-performing Sales Executive with a proven track record of closing project deals in the local market. The role targets commercial properties, luxury resorts, and new construction, delivering heat pump solutions to key technical decision-makers.

You will independently manage the full sales cycle from site visits and presentations to proposals, contract closing, and handoff.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of documented sales success in Bali specifically, selling to commercial projects, construction, or directly to hotel Chief Engineers and resort management.

Responsibilities

• Leverage local market knowledge and network to independently build, manage, and grow a commercial pipeline of heat pump projects across Bali.
• Pitch, negotiate, and close sales directly with Bali-based Chief Engineers, Hotel General Managers, Developers, and MEP Consultants.
• Present ROI, energy savings, and technical benefits of heat pump systems compared to traditional water heating setups.
• Manage the full sales cycle independently—from initial site visits and client presentations to commercial proposals, contract closing, and handoff.
