Based in Balikpapan, you will identify opportunities to grow brands, optimize resources, and expand market presence across on- and off-trade channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 7+ years in FMCG sales with 3+ years in people leadership.
• Strong distributor management experience.
• Experience across on and off-trade channels preferred.
• Track record of growth and execution excellence.
• Willingness to be based in Balikpapan.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Business Growth and achieve sales, revenue, and market share targets across the area.
• Develop and execute area business plans to accelerate growth.
• Drive strong channel execution across outlets and distribution.
• Improve outlet coverage, distribution, and sales force effectiveness.
• Monitor performance and take actions to close gaps.
• Build and strengthen distributor partnerships and capabilities.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team.
