Job summary

Savaya Group is seeking a Restaurant Intern to join our Head Office team in Bali. You will gain practical experience supporting restaurant operations, administration, and hospitality projects across multiple departments.

As an intern you will assist with documentation, reporting, communications, and project support while learning the standards that drive successful restaurant operations.

Qualifications

• Currently studying or recently graduated in Hospitality Management, Restaurant Management, Business Administration, Tourism, Marketing, or related field.
• Strong interest in restaurant operations, hospitality, and business administration.
• Good organisational skills to manage documents and tasks.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office, Google Workspace, and digital tools.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Willingness to learn and support changing business needs.
• Confidentiality and professional standards in handling information.
• Fluency in basic English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support Head Office and restaurant operations with daily admin tasks.
• Prepare, organise, and maintain documents, checklists, reports, schedules, and records.
• Facilitate communication between Head Office, restaurant teams, suppliers, and partners.
• Monitor operational standards, service procedures, cleanliness, and guest experience.
• Collect and update information from restaurants for reporting purposes.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports and updates.
• Coordinate meetings, trainings, restaurant visits, events, and projects.
• Assist with menu updates, product info, and promotional materials.
• Maintain records of supplies, equipment, and maintenance requests.
• Research restaurant trends and hospitality best practices.
• Data entry, filing, and organisation of records.
