Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in kitchen, restaurant, hotel, beach club, or hospitality environments.
• Ability to work in fast-paced settings and follow recipes and procedures.
• Comfortable standing for long periods and teamwork-focused.

Responsibilities

• Wash, sanitise, dry, and store kitchenware and equipment.
• Support kitchen and stewarding teams to ensure smooth service.
• Assist with basic food preparation and stock organisation.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in back-of-house areas.
