You will analyze market data to identify opportunities, develop action plans, and ensure compliance with company policies while traveling within the assigned region.
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years of experience in a sales management role.
- Experience as Regional Sales Manager or similar position.
- Proven ability to lead a sales team and hit targets.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and people management skills.
- Analytical, strategic planning, business development, and selling skills; willingness to travel extensively.
Responsabilités
- Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve targets and KPIs.
- Lead and monitor performance of the sales team within the region.
- Analyze sales performance, market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
- Provide coaching and development to strengthen team capabilities.
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners; identify growth opportunities.
- Ensure effective execution of sales strategies, promotions, distribution activities, and policies.
