Job summary

MatchaTalent is seeking an Operations Manager to lead our Bali production facility, overseeing water purification, bottling, warehouse, logistics, and production planning to ensure safety, quality, and cost discipline.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree in engineering or operations management, at least five years in manufacturing with three in leadership, and strong KPI, cost control, and English communication skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Food Technology, or Operations Management.
Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing operations with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
Experience in FMCG/beverage manufacturing and high-volume production.
Strong knowledge of production planning, bottling, water treatment, warehousing, and supply chain.

Responsibilities

Lead daily manufacturing operations to meet targets, quality standards, safety, and efficiency.
Oversee water purification, bottling lines, and multi-format packaging.
Coordinate preventive maintenance and equipment performance.
Supervise warehouse, inventory control, and logistics for timely deliveries.
Develop schedules, manpower, and shift planning for productivity.
Monitor costs, waste, and process improvements; report KPI performance.
