Job summary

PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia seeks an experienced Operation Manager to lead our Bali production facility, overseeing water purification, bottling, warehouse management, and logistics. You will drive production planning, allocate manpower, manage budgets, and push for safety, quality, and operational excellence on the factory floor.

The role requires strong FMCG leadership, cost optimization, and continuous improvement, with a focus on on-site development of high-performance teams in Bali, Indonesia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5+ years in manufacturing operations.
• Experience in FMCG/beverage or high-volume manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of KPI, inventory management, cost control, and safety.
• Proven leadership of cross-functional production teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily manufacturing operations to meet targets, quality, safety, and efficiency.
• Oversee water purification, bottling lines, and packaging across formats.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance and equipment performance.
• Supervise warehouse, inventory, and finished goods control.
• Plan production schedules, manpower, and shifts for productivity.
• Monitor costs, efficiency, utilities, waste, and process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and environmental standards.
• Lead wastewater treatment and environmental control initiatives.
• Prepare reports and KPIs for management review.
• Coach and develop production, warehouse, and logistics teams.
