Job summary

PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia in Bali, Indonesia is seeking an Operation Manager to lead all manufacturing operations at its premium water production facility. You will oversee water purification, bottling, warehouse, logistics, production planning, and budgeting to ensure continuous production, quality, safety, and cost efficiency.

The role requires a bachelor's degree in engineering or related field, at least five years in manufacturing with leadership experience in FMCG, and strong English

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering/related field.
• 5+ years in manufacturing operations with leadership experience.
• Experience in FMCG/beverage manufacturing preferred.
• Strong knowledge of production planning, bottling, water treatment, and safety standards (K3).

Responsibilities

• Lead daily manufacturing operations to meet production targets, quality, safety, and efficiency.
• Manage water purification, bottling, and multi-format product lines (gallon refills, bottles, cans).
• Coordinate preventive maintenance and equipment monitoring to keep operations running smoothly.
• Oversee warehouse, inventory control, raw materials, packaging, and finished goods.
• Plan production schedules, manpower, and shifts to maximize productivity and discipline.
• Monitor costs, efficiency, waste reduction, and process improvement initiatives.
• Ensure safety, hygiene, and environmental compliance across operations.
