Job summary

PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia is seeking an Operation Manager to lead our Bali production facility. You will oversee water purification, bottling operations, warehouse management, and logistics, driving production planning and budgeting to achieve efficiency and quality targets.

The role requires strong leadership, 5+ years in manufacturing operations, and proficiency in English for regional reporting.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Food Technology, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management or related discipline.
Minimum 5 years in manufacturing ops, factory or supply chain with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Experience in FMCG/beverage manufacturing and high-volume production.
Strong knowledge of production planning, bottling processes, and KPI management.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily manufacturing operations to meet targets, quality standards, safety requirements, and efficiency.
Manage water purification, bottling lines, warehousing, logistics, and production planning across formats.
Coordinate maintenance, utilities, and process improvement initiatives.
Lead and develop production, warehouse, and logistics teams to build a high-performance culture.
