Job summary

Four Seasons Bali Resort at Jimbaran Bay is seeking a Bartender to greet guests promptly and provide courteous beverage service with a strong knowledge of drinks. You will follow Four Seasons standards, work with the bar team, and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Requirements include at least one year of bartending experience, excellent English skills, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Micros system knowledge is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year experience as Bartender.
• Strong beverage knowledge regarding beer, wine and liquor.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills in English.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve wines, spirits, and mixed drinks per Four Seasons recipes.
• Confirm guest orders including any special needs or requests.
• Describe items' origin, taste, and preparation; maintain knowledge of liquors and wines.
• Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and respond to concerns.
• Close guest checks and process payments accurately.
• Work harmoniously with co-workers and supervisors.
