Qualifications

• At least one year of bartender experience.
• Strong knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits.
• Proficient in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible with shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Hotel Management degree or diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve wines, spirits, and mixed drinks per menu and Four Seasons standards.
• Confirm guest orders and any special requests.
• Describe item origins, tastes, and preparation methods to guests at the bar.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond to concerns promptly.
• Close guest checks and process payments accurately.
• Collaborate harmoniously with colleagues and supervisors.
