Job summary

Kanana Village in Bali seeks an experienced bartender/barback to greet guests, craft cocktails, and maintain the bar. You will operate bar equipment, prepare ingredients, and ensure top-level cleanliness and sanitation. Experience with mixology, POS systems, and strong customer service is essential.

Qualifications

Minimum High School diploma or SMK in Hospitality or F&B Service.
1–2 years of experience as a Bartender or Barback.
Proficient with bar tools and POS systems.
Fluent in Indonesian; English preferred for international areas.
Willing to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Responsibilities

Service & Bar Operations: greet guests, recommend beverages, prepare wide beverage range, and manage bar counter orders.
Preparation & Sanitation: open/close bar, prep garnishes, ice, syrups, fruit; maintain cleanliness.
Inventory & Stock Management: monitor ingredient levels, track usage, report reorder needs, minimize waste.
Transactions & Administration: handle guest payments and reconcile with POS reports.
