PISON Group in Bali is seeking a friendly and service‑oriented Bartender to join our Front of House team. You will prepare and serve high‑quality beverages, ensure guest satisfaction, and help maintain a clean, efficient bar environment.

Ideal candidates have prior bartender experience, knowledge of cocktails, and strong communication skills. This full‑time role requires a professional appearance and a positive, team‑oriented attitude to thrive during busy service periods.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Bartender or similar hospitality role is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of cocktails, beverages, and bar operations.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, professional appearance and strong guest service focus.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and company standards.
• Take beverage orders accurately and serve drinks promptly and professionally.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the bar and work station.
• Monitor and restock beverages, ingredients, garnishes, and bar supplies.
• Check stock levels and report shortages or damaged items to the Supervisor or Manager.
• Handle guest requests, inquiries, and feedback professionally.
• Follow proper beverage preparation, hygiene, sanitation, and food safety procedures.
• Operate and maintain bar equipment properly.
• Assist with daily bar opening and closing duties.
• Support the team during busy service periods.
