Qualifications

• Experience in crafting cocktails and beverages to standard recipes and guest preferences.
• Strong guest service skills with the ability to engage guests and upsell when appropriate.
• Knowledge of bar tools, spirits, wines, and beer; ability to manage bar stock and maintain cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages per recipes and standards.
• Take orders accurately and provide menu recommendations; deliver drinks promptly.
• Welcome guests at the bar and answer questions about drinks and ingredients.
• Coordinate with Service and Operations teams to ensure smooth guest flow during busy periods.
• Set up and close the bar, restock products, check equipment, and maintain stock levels.
