Bottega Italiana Bali is seeking an experienced Bartender to join our team in Bali. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience in a bar or restaurant setting and must be proficient in English.

You will welcome guests, recommend drinks, prepare cocktails and mocktails, and maintain a clean, well-stocked bar. The position requires strong cash-handling skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Bartender, preferably in a restaurant.
• Good spoken English.
• Knowledge of different types of alcohol, cocktail recipes, and mixology techniques.
• Basic mathematical and cash-handling skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to follow instructions.
• Knowledge of wine and cocktail service is an advantage.

Aufgaben

• Welcome guests and provide drink recommendations.
• Take and serve drink orders accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails and mocktails.
• Maintain bar cleanliness, including equipment, glassware, and workstations.
• Monitor bar supplies, including alcohol, mixers, and garnishes.
• Handle cash and payment transactions accurately.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and provide excellent customer service.
