Job summary

FINNS Beach Club in Bali seeks a creative and highly organized events professional to plan and deliver engaging entertainment programs and events that enhance guest experiences and support brand objectives. The role requires hands-on execution from concept to completion.

You will manage performers, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure compliance with venue regulations while maintaining inventory and reporting outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Event Management, Arts Administration, Communications, or equivalent professional experience.
• 2+ years' experience in event production, entertainment programming, or talent coordination (hospitality/venue experience preferred).
• Familiarity with contracts, licensing, and basic budget management.
• Excellent communications skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English both verbal and written.
• Strong organizational and project-management skills; detail-oriented.
• Ability to manage multiple events and work flexible hours.
• Basic understanding of AV, lighting, and stage production.
• Customer-service mindset and ability to problem-solve under pressure.
• Proficiency with event management software, MS Office, and basic budgeting tools.

Responsibilities

• Book and coordinate performers and vendors (handling contracts and logistics).
• Coordinate with Operations, F&B, Marketing, and Technical teams to align event needs.
• Oversee on-site event production: staging, AV, lighting, set-up, run-of-show, and troubleshooting.
• Manage talent relations, including orientation and briefings.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, licensing, and venue regulations.
• Maintain entertainment inventory (props, equipment) and vendor/talent databases.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports and post-event summaries for management.
