Job summary

SURYA CERDASKAN BANGSA is seeking a Sales Manager for Wedding & Social Events in Bali. The role focuses on driving revenue through strategic sales plans, negotiations, and building relationships with planners and vendors across Bali.

The ideal candidate has 2-3 years of relevant hotel sales experience, a Diploma or Bachelor's in Hospitality/Marketing/Communications/Business, and strong English skills. Applicants should be based in Bali and ready to manage end-to-end event sales processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years experience as Sales Manager, Senior Sales Executive, or Wedding Coordinator in Wedding Sales, Event Sales, or Banquet Sales at a 4-star hotel.
• Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Marketing, Communications, or Business.
• Proven track record achieving target revenue for wedding and social events.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Established database and network of Wedding Organizers, Wedding Planners, Decorators, MUAs, and Photographers in Bali.
• Active English proficiency (spoken and written).
• Knowledge of additional languages beneficial for destination wedding market (Australia, India, Europe).
• Proficiency with VHP and Excel for BEO and budgeting.
• Presentable appearance and grooming standards.
• Proactive, result-driven approach with strong problem-solving skills.
• Flexibility with working hours.
• Willing to be based in Bali, particularly in Badung and Gianyar regencies.
• Valid driver's license for two-wheeled and/or four-wheeled vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Achieve target revenue for wedding and social events
• Develop sales plans, forecasts, and proposals
• Handle site inspections, tastings, and price negotiations
• Manage contracts and client agreements through to signing
• Leverage network of Wedding Organizers, Wedding Planners, Decorators, MUAs, and Photographers in Bali
• Understand banquet operations, floor plans, seating arrangements, and F&B packages
• Prepare Business Event Orders (BEO) and budgeting using Excel and VHP systems
• Engage with high-end clients with confidence and professional presentation
