Job summary

FINNS Beach Club in Bali seeks a driven Digital Media Sales Executive to connect top brands with our audience and create advertising partnerships. This proactive role focuses on acquiring new advertisers and managing a sales pipeline to hit revenue targets.

You will sell sponsored posts, blog listings, banners, and premium email placements; tailor proposals, negotiate contracts, and drive the full sales cycle from lead to delivery with cross‑team collaboration.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing/Communications.
Established network of marketing managers/agencies.
Experience in Bali’s luxury resorts, beach clubs, or nightlife venues.
1–3 years of proven B2B outbound sales experience.
Strong English and Bahasa Indonesia communication.
Hunter mentality with high-volume outreach and CRM proficiency.

Responsibilities

Generate new business through cold calling, cold emailing, LinkedIn and other tools.
Sell advertising products: sponsored posts, blog listings, banners, email spots.
Consult on client goals to deliver ROI with blog/email packages.
Prepare and deliver customised proposals, media kits, and pricing.
Negotiate contracts and insertion orders while protecting margins.
Manage full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
Account management with regular customer check-ins and CRM updates.
Collaborate with content/marketing teams on inventory and timelines.
Follow up on inbound enquiries to convert leads into paying clients.
Drive sales performance to meet or exceed revenue targets.
