Job summary

Saint-Gobain Indonesia is seeking a Bali-based Field Sales Executive to develop local distribution channels, manage outlets, and promote products across building material stores. You will conduct frequent customer visits, coordinate with distributors, and implement market activation programs.

The role requires strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills, with willingness to travel and operate in remote territories. Indonesian language proficiency is essential with English as a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor degree in a relevant discipline.
• 1–2 years in field sales, retail distribution, channel development, or market activation.
• Willing to travel extensively and work independently in remote territories.
• Bahasa Indonesia required; English advantageous depending on territory.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage local distribution channels across building material stores.
• Develop distributors, expand coverage, and propose new distributor activations.
• Penetrate outlets, visit and activate stores, and expand product range.
• Conduct frequent customer visits and coordinate with distributors to improve coverage.
• Promote products, run programs, and support conversion with CRM discipline.
• Cross-sell, upsell, and drive demand through activities with Marketing.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Operations, Finance, CS, and Technical teams as needed.
• Prepare daily CRM reports and capture local market insights.
• Achieve sales and activity targets and maintain ethics and compliance.
