Job summary

PT. TRATAS INTI BANGUNAN is seeking a Sales Executive to cover Bali. You will visit building material stores and customers, promote products, open new outlets, and grow the distribution network across the Bali area.

The role requires at least 1 year of field sales experience, good communication, and the ability to work independently and in a team. Owning a SIM C and local driving is expected.

Qualifications

Job description

Sales Executive for a growing building materials distribution company operating in Bali. The role involves visiting building material stores and customers in designated areas, offering and selling company products to existing and new customers, opening new outlets and expanding the company's distribution network, and maintaining strong relationships with store owners, purchasing managers, and customers.

Key responsibilities

Conduct routine visits to building material stores and customers in assigned areas

Offer and sell company products to existing and new customers

Open new outlets and expand the company's distribution network

Maintain good relationships with store owners, purchasing managers, and customers

Ensure achievement of monthly sales targets

Increase sales of company products at active outlets

Follow up on offers, orders, and customer needs

Monitor market conditions, competitor prices, competitor activities, and new product opportunities in the area

Ensure company products are available and have good visibility in stores

Coordinate with internal teams regarding stock, delivery, payment, and customer needs

About you

Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent

Minimum 1 year experience as a field sales representative

Experience in building materials, sanitary, plumbing, waterproofing, hardware, electrical, or retail building store products is a plus

Familiarity with Bali area and building material store networks is a plus

Experienced in canvassing and direct customer visits

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Target and results oriented

Honest, disciplined, responsible, and able to work independently and in a team

Own vehicle and active driving license (SIM C)

Willing to work mobile in Bali area
