Job summary

PT BALI DUA LIMA is seeking a Personal Assistant to support a Bali-based fashion and lifestyle brand from concept to production and e-commerce. You will act as a trusted right hand, turning ideas into a well-organized and commercially strong brand.

Key activities include developing brand identity, coordinating photoshoots, managing the e-commerce store, and liaising with suppliers to ensure smooth production and delivery.

Qualifications

• Excellent spoken English is essential.
• Proactive, reliable, organized and resourceful.
• Comfortable working independently.
• Strong fashion, interiors, photography or visual aesthetic.
• Developed creative eye with understanding of quality, colors, fabrics, styling and branding.
• Experience in fashion, production, e-commerce, social media, photography, styling or working with suppliers is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop brand identity and collections.
• Assist with creative direction and product ideas.
• Organize photoshoots and content creation.
• Support the development and management of the e-commerce store.
• Manage calendars, appointments and meetings.
• Contact suppliers and schedule appointments with manufacturers.
• Research suppliers, materials, production options and prices.
• Compare quotations and negotiate when necessary.
• Follow samples and production from start to finish.
• Coordinate with suppliers, photographers, models and other collaborators.
