Job summary

MatchaTalent invites an experienced HRBP Director to Bali, Indonesia, to lead and strengthen the HR function within a fast-growing luxury real estate and hospitality group. Reporting to the Founder/CEO, you will design HR strategy, governance frameworks, and ensure Indonesian labor compliance while partnering with executives on workforce planning, organizational design, and performance management.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Law, Psychology, HR, Management, or a related field.
8+ years HR experience with 5+ in senior leadership or strategic HR roles.
Experience with executive leadership and C-level stakeholders.
Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor law and HR compliance.
Hands-on experience in HR governance, governance frameworks, and contracts.

Responsibilities

Partner with executive leadership on people strategy and organizational planning.
Develop HR initiatives aligned with business objectives and growth.
Advise on workforce planning, organizational design, and performance management.
Build and standardize HR processes and governance across the organization.
Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and employment regulations.
Lead employee relations, change management, and IR matters.
Review and standardize employment agreements and documentation.
