Job summary

MatchaTalent is seeking an HRBP Director in Bali, Indonesia. You will lead strategic HR initiatives, partner with the Founder/CEO, and build governance frameworks to drive high-performance across a fast-growing international property business.

You will ensure regulatory compliance, manage employee relations, and design organizational development programs with hands-on execution in a dynamic entrepreneurial setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in law, psychology, HR, management or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of progressive HR experience with senior leadership exposure.
• Experience partnering with executive teams and C-level stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with executive leadership on people strategy and organizational planning.
• Develop HR initiatives aligned with business objectives and growth.
• Advise on workforce planning, organizational design, performance management, and HR risk.
• Build and strengthen HR governance, policies, and employment frameworks.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and employment regulations.
• Lead employee relations, disciplinary actions, and organizational change.
