Job summary

My Joy! Bakery is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee bakery production processes and ensure targets are met while maintaining SOPs and quality standards.

The candidate should have 2-3 years of manufacturing experience in a supervisory role, with strong leadership and knowledge of GMP/SSOP and food safety. You will coordinate with multiple departments to optimize production and report on performance.

Qualifications

• Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree (S1) in any field.
• 2-3 years of experience in manufacturing, with supervisory exposure.
• Understanding of production processes from preparation to finishing.
• Knowledge of GMP/SSOP and food safety standards.
• Ability to develop production plans.
• Understanding of manpower and capacity planning.
• Ability to control production waste, yield and productivity.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.

Responsibilities

• Organize and supervise production processes to meet targets.
• Ensure availability of manpower, raw materials, and equipment.
• Ensure all processes comply with SOPs and quality standards.
• Organize task allocation and work schedules for the team.
• Monitor production output, waste and productivity.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
• Coordinate with R&D, QC, Warehouse, and Store departments.
• Prepare production reports and performance evaluations.
