Job summary

PT PONUT KREASI KULINER is seeking a hands-on Production Supervisor to drive daily bakery production performance, ensuring efficiency, safety, and target achievement from raw materials through finished goods.

The ideal candidate holds a diploma or bachelor’s degree with at least 1 year of supervision experience in bakery or related sectors, and is proficient in Excel/Google Sheets to monitor data, analyze results, and report findings to management.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in production supervision, preferably bakery/F&B.
• Strong understanding of bakery production processes including dough prep, mixing, fermentation, baking, finishing, and packing.
• Attention to recipe consistency, production efficiency, and product quality.
• Experience managing production manpower, including delegation, shift briefing, attendance, and performance.
• Comfortable working with production data and numbers.
• Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets for monitoring, data analysis, and reporting.
• Strong problem-solving, root-cause analysis, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and cross-team coordination abilities.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, organized, and highly target-driven.
• Willing to work closely with the production team on the floor and in a fast-paced environment.
• High-volume bakery or central kitchen experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive Daily Production Performance – ensure daily production runs according to plans, SOPs, quality standards, and targets.
• Lead the Production Team – manage manpower planning, task delegation, shift briefing, attendance, operator performance, and daily allocation.
• Manage Bakery Production Processes – ensure processes follow approved recipes and specifications.
• Maintain Product Consistency – ensure consistency in size, weight, texture, appearance, taste, and overall quality.
• Monitor Production Data – track productivity, achievement, and material usage to identify issues and improvements.
• Solve Production Problems – conduct root-cause analysis and implement corrective actions to minimize disruptions.
• Coordinate Equipment & Maintenance – monitor equipment condition and coordinate with Engineering/Maintenance.
• Maintain Accurate Production Reports – prepare daily and periodic reports for management decisions.
• Maintain Discipline on the Production Floor – ensure SOPs, hygiene, and targets are followed.
